New board of director member Ron Tan brings entertainment industry experience to the companySingapore and Los-Angeles based Ron Tan, CEO and owner of Victory Hill Exhibitions, is set to serve as a Member on the Mavshack Board of Directors. Mr. Tan has a wealth of experience from the entertainment industry and has, amongst other, worked as a movie producer. As CEO for Victory Hill he has most recently worked closely with Disney- owned Marvel Studios. Victory Hill is currently best known for its travelling interactive exhibition, Marvel's The AVENGERS S.T.A.T.I.O.N (Scientific Training and Tactical Intelligence Operative Network). The exhibition is currently showcased in Discovery Times Square, New York, and slated to open in Korea in May.

Victory Hill Exhibitions was last month successfully acquired by the company Cityneon, a mainboard listed company on Singapore Stock Exchange. Mr. Tan will continue to serve as the CEO once the acquisition is finalized. April 29, 2015
