Annehem has completed 100 new municipal preschool places in Valhall ParkAnnehem Fastigheter, in collaboration with Ängelholm Municipality, has given life to an older property in Valhall Park. The building has been adapted to modern premises with space for more than 100 municipal preschool places, which are now completed and occupied. The lease agreement with Ängelholm Municipality extends until 2032 and covers just over 2,000 sq.m. The preschool places are ready and occupied. The premises are located in a former barracks building that has undergone extensive renovation and energy efficiency.
"We are pleased that the preschool has opened, and that we can develop and adapt our portfolio in Valhall Park to meet important needs in the municipality. In addition, we are adding another community service property to our portfolio. This is fully in line with our long-term strategy of a diversified property portfolio," says Monica Fallenius, CEO of Annehem Fastigheter.
"It has been exciting to expand our collaboration with Ängelholm Municipality, which is an important partner in Valhall Park. The municipality already has an extensive lease in Valhall Park for its upper secondary education. In 2007, Ängelholm's upper secondary school moved its vocational training to Valhall Park under the name Valhall College. There are programs for hospitality, children and leisure, construction, vehicles, and electricity.
