Annehem Fastigheter participated in Nasdaq's Green Equity Capital Markets DayAnnehem Fastigheter participated in the second edition of Nasdaq's Green Equity Capital Markets Day on 7 November 2023. During the presentation, the company's CEO, Monica Fallenius, and Head of Sustainability, Christin Hertzberg, presented Annehem's business and sustainability work. In May 2022, Annehem Fastigheter was one of the first real estate companies to list its shares as Nasdaq Green Equity Designation, which among other things means, that more than 50 percent of the company's sales are derived from green activities. As of December 31, 2022, 74 percent of Annehem's revenue was green.
