Communiqué from extraordinary general meetingShareholders of Petrosibir AB publ (the "Company") passed the following main resolutions at the extraordinary general meeting held on 23 November 2022. Following the presentation of the balance sheet for liquidation purposes the shareholders resolved to continue operations.
Further, the shareholders resolved to amend the articles of association and to reduce the registered share capital of the Company in accordance with the proposal which had been attached to the notice of the meeting.
