ADVENTURE BOX TECHNOLOGY AB (PUBL) PUBLISHES COMPANY DESCRIPTION FOR LISTING ON THE NASDAQ FIRST NORTH GROWTH MARKETToday, November 27, Nasdaq has approved Adventure Box Technology AB (publ) ("Adventure Box" or "The Company") for listing on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market ("Nasdaq First North"). The approval is conditional upon the usual requirements being met. The planned first day of trading in the Company's shares is Monday, December 2, 2019. Adventure Box completed a new issue this summer before listing on Nasdaq First North. The new share issue brought the company SEK 19.3 million after deduction of issue costs. Adventure Box currently has 256 owners.
Nasdaq's review of Adventure Box is now complete and today the Company's application for admission of shares to be traded on Nasdaq First North was approved.
The official listing ceremony will be held December 2, 8:30-9:30 at Nasdaq's premises on Tullvaktsvägen 15 in Stockholm.
The shares will be traded under the short name ADVBOX and ISIN code SE0012955276. No capital is raised in connection with the listing. The last right issue share price was SEK 7.6 adjusted for split.
