Mycab announces direct share issueThe Board of Directors in Mycab International S.A. has decided to convene a shareholders meeting in order to resolve on a directed share issue of ordinary shares, A-shares, comprising a total amount of 20 MSEK. A creditor of the company who where scheduled to convert Mycab's debt into B-shares at a total amount of 7.0 MSEK has informed that they will not convert the debt. This implies that the company must strengthen its ability to settle the debt, which is one of the rationales behind the contemplated share issue. Additional rationales are market investments and financing the rollout of Mycab products and markets.
The contemplated investor is a Luxembourg based company known as Piccolo Holding SA, which represents a group of investors. Mycab International SA principal shareholder, Mr Roger Blomquist, is one of the investors. Mr Roger Blomquist controls 50% of all the shares in Piccolo Invest SA.
The EOGM will be held as soon as possible and the Board of Directors refer to the coming convening notice for more details. The upcoming AGM is postponed and will be held in connection to the EOGM. June 15 2015 Contact
