Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) divests properties in FinlandCibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) continues to optimise its balance sheet by divesting properties in Finland for EUR 9m. The proceeds from the divestment will be used to reduce debt, strengthen the balance sheet and it will have a positive effect on cash flow per share. HOK-Elanto (S Group) acquires two properties in the Helsinki region for EUR 9 million which is consistent with the reported property value. The closing of the transaction is scheduled for November 8th.
