Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) successfully issues senior unsecured green bondsCibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus") has successfully issued senior unsecured green bonds in an amount of EUR 50m under its MTN programme. The bonds have a tenor of 2.75 years and an interest rate of 3 months EURIBOR + 400 basis points. The issue was Cibus' second green bond issue and the interest from Nordic institutions was strong.
