Move About's warrants of series TO1 start trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market March 8, 2022The unit issue of shares and warrants in Move About Group AB ("Move About" or the "Company") that was completed in connection with the listing of the Company's share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market ("Nasdaq First North") was registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office on February 28, 2022. The warrants of series TO1 will start trading on Nasdaq First North on March 8, 2022 and will be traded under the ticker "MOV TO1" with ISIN-code SE0017133663. The warrants of series TO1 that were included in the offering of units in February 2022 have now been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the Company has received approval by Nasdaq First North for the warrants to be admitted to trading. First day of trading in the warrants of series TO1 is set to be March 8, 2022.
One (1) warrant of series TO1 entitles the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company during the period between September 26, 2022, to October 7, 2022. The subscription price will correspond to 70 percent of the volume weighted average price during the period between September 9, 2022, and September 22, 2022, however a maximum of 11.75 SEK per share.
