Incentive program
The extraordinary general meeting resolved, in accordance with the boards proposal, on the introduction of a long-term incentive program for the employees, whereby warrants are issued without consideration to the company, which thereafter transfer them to the employees. A maximum of 7,210,000 warrant may be issued. The warrant shall be transferred on market terms at a price determined on the basis of an estimated market value of the warrants at the time of the transfer. For each warrant, the holder has the right to subscribe for one new share against cash consideration at a subscription price of SEK 8.40. Subscription of shares may take place from March 15, 2025, to March 29, 2025.
