Arcane Crypto's subsidiary Trijo appoints new CEO and strengthens collaboration with Arcane Crypto

On July 2, 2021, Arcane Crypto completed the acquisition of Ijort Invest AB, operator of the Swedish crypto exchange Trijo, following a directed issue of shares in Arcane Crypto. Trijo has made a number of important announcements since the acquisition including a collaboration with the payment service provider Trustly and the launch of Trijo Autopilot, a service for automatic saving in digital currencies.

Following the acquisition of Trijo and a dialogue on the strategic direction of Trijo, Torbjørn Bull Jenssen and Totte Löfström have mutually agreed that Torbjørn Bull Jenssen will take over the role as CEO of Trijo.

"I would like to thank Totte for his contribution to establishing a solid customer offering in Trijo. We have both agreed that I should be the one to lead Trijo going forward.
