Vestum contemplates to issue a SEK senior unsecured bondStockholm October 15, 2021 (08:00 CEST)
Vestum AB (publ) ("Vestum") has mandated Carnegie Investment Bank and Swedbank as joint bookrunners to arrange investor meetings commencing on 18 October 2021 to explore the conditions to issue a senior unsecured bond. Subject to market conditions, a bond issue with a tenor of three years and an expected volume of SEK 1,500m within a framework of SEK 3,000m may follow.
The proceeds of the contemplated bond issue will be used to refinance existing debt and general corporate purposes (including acquisitions and investments). For more information, please contact:
