Meltron publishes Annual Report 2020-21Meltron AB (publ) today publishes its Annual Report for the financial year 2020-07-01-2021-06-30, which is now available on the Company's web site www.meltron.com and investor.meltron.com together with the auditor's report. English translations will soon be available. The year-end report was published 2021-08-30. In the auditor's report the auditor states, as before, that he can not assess the value in the balance sheet of the of the subsidiary in Finland, Meltron Oy, or the value of patents and other Intellectual Property Rights. These values are linked to the future development of sales. The auditor recommends the discharge of liability for the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive.
The Annual General Meeting will be held 2021-10-01 in Stockholm, see call of 2021-08-31. The Company now makes a fully guaranteed Rights Issue with priority for current shareholders, planned for 11 to 25 October 2021. This will allow the Company to finance the sharply intensified marketing and sales efforts according to plan and to lay down the basis for a rapid expansion. For more information, please contact:
