Arcane Crypto to be included in Melanion BTC Equities Universe UCITS ETFStockholm, August 9, 2021 - Arcane Crypto today informs that the company will be included in the Melanion BTC Equities Universe UCITS ETF. On August 4, Melanion Capital announced the intention to list the ETF on Euronext in Paris and that it has received necessary approval from the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The ETF aims to track the performance of the Melanion Bitcoin Exposure Index, of which Arcane Crypto currently is included. According to Melanion Capital, the index is the first of its kind due to its unique methodology based on beta weighting which bridges the gap between equities and Bitcoin. It tracks a beta-weighted equities basket exhibiting the highest correlation and revenue exposure to Bitcoin, which give the index up to 90% correlation to the price of Bitcoin. The index is calculated and distributed by Bitada and is rebalanced and reconstituted on a quarterly basis.
