Arcane Crypto receives regulatory ownership approval for closing of the acquisition of Ijort Invest ABStockholm, June 23, 2021 - Arcane Crypto has today received regulatory approval from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (SFSA) as owners of Ijort Invest AB, which operates the Swedish crypto exchange Trijo. On April 20, 2021, Arcane Crypto entered into an agreement to acquire the remaining outstanding shares in Ijort Invest AB. Closing of the transaction is conditioned upon today's approval from SFSA. Torbjørn Bull Jenssen CEO of Arcane Crypto AS comments: "I am happy to have the formalities in place and we are now preparing to close the transaction according to plan. The synergies between Trijo and Arcane are even clearer today after our deepened relationship."
