Annehem redeems plots of land in Helsinki

At the purchase of Ultimes I, Ultimes II and Ultimes Parking in 2020 were these site-leasehold rights and Annehem immediately started a buy-out process with the City of Helsinki. The properties are fully developed with two office buildings certified according to Leed Platinum and a parking garage.

"We have chosen to exercise an option that enables the redemption of these leasehold rights. Ownership is valued and is in some cases a requirement from primarily foreign investors.
