Correction of English language version of notice to extraordinary general meeting in ÅAC Microtec AB (publ)Due to a typing error, the English version of the press release regarding the notice to the Extraordinary General Meeting, that was made public today on 18 April 2019, stated incorrectly in item 6 that five (5) subscription rights entitle to subscription of one (1) share.
However, the correct number, and the proposal from the board of directors, is that five (5) subscription rights entitle to subscription of two (2) shares, as is stated in the Swedish language version of the press release, and will be stated in the formal notice that will be published in the Official Swedish Gazette (Sw. Post- och Inrikes Tidningar) on Wednesday 24 April 2019.
